Basic is the rate shopper on its own: your competitors’ prices and availability for the nights ahead, where your rate sits among them, a recommended rate for each night and alerts when a competitor moves. Pro adds trends and year-on-year comparison, the events that move your town, a daily briefing, where you rank in Google search, a connection to a supported property management system, and no monthly cap on the AI assistant or on review replies. Pro+ adds rate parity across your sales channels, direct-booking recovery, whether AI assistants name your hotel, and the full set of day-to-day operations tools. Enterprise is for groups: every property on one board, API access, a white-label portal and strategy consulting, with priority support.

How billing works
- Nothing to pay to start. The trial asks for no card. A plan is chosen from the billing page inside your account, by the hotel’s owner, before the trial ends; if nobody chooses one, nothing is charged.
- Monthly or yearly. A monthly plan is billed each month and can be cancelled whenever you like. A yearly plan is paid up front and costs eleven months.
- Direct Debit, with a VAT invoice. Payment is collected by Direct Debit. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
- Groups bill per property. On Enterprise, each property can be on its own invoice, paid by the owner or by someone else, so a group’s accounts are not one lump.
- A seasonal close. Any plan can be paused for up to 2 months a year.
Questions about plans and billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new hotel starts on a 14-day trial of Pro+, with no card asked for. At the end you choose a plan from inside your account, or simply stop; nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the rate in force where it applies. A VAT invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying for a year up front costs eleven months, so one month is free. The yearly figure for each plan is on this page.
Can I change plan or cancel?
You can move up or down a plan from inside your account, and cancel whenever you like; a monthly plan runs to the end of the month already paid. You can also pause for up to 2 months a year, for a seasonal close.
Which plan carries more than one hotel?
Only Enterprise. A group puts every property on one board, and each property can be billed on its own invoice if the owner prefers. The other three plans are for one hotel each.
Do I need a PMS, a channel manager or anything installed?
No. Every plan works from the moment you type your hotel’s name, with nothing to install. Connecting a supported property management system, on Pro and above, adds your own bookings to the picture.
How do I buy?
Start the trial by finding your hotel, then choose a plan from the billing page inside your account before the trial ends. Payment is by Direct Debit, and the hotel’s owner is the person who can choose a plan.
